Greg Potter is a Research Analyst at Kagan research, covering devices capable of delivering OTT content. In this role, Mr. Potter writes about and analyzes the markets for smart televisions, video game consoles, streaming media players, virtual reality headsets, personal computers, smartphones, tablets, and Blu-Ray players.

Mr. Potter has been an analyst for over nine years and began working for S&P Global Market Intelligence in 2014, and has worked as an analyst at Multimedia Research Group, NPD, and In-Stat prior to that. Mr. Potter graduated from Arizona State University with a B.A. in Political Science, and has enjoyed building computers and other electronic devices from a very young age.

Rob Parungo is a Research Associate in Kagan research, covering the mobile wireless industry in Latin America, Africa, the Middle East, and Canada. In the two years working for Kagan, Mr. Parungo expanded mobile research into 16 new markets with data covering spectrum inventory, towers, prepaid, postpaid, and IoT subscriptions.

Prior to working with Kagan, Mr. Parungo worked in with a consultancy group for financial institutions in the Philippines. Rob Parungo received his undergraduate from Ateneo de Manila University majoring in Business Management major in Communications Technology Management.

He is an expert in financial risk management with over 20 years’ experience at banks, government agencies, service providers, Universities and think tanks.

Cristiano joined S&P Global Market Intelligence from MSCI Risk Metrics where he was the Head of Market, Credit, Counterparty Risk and OTC Clearing Business for the EMEA Banking sector and Global Head of Credit Advisory Business for Buy-side and Sell-Side Institutions. Previously, he was Managing Director in the Research & Strategy Unit of Unicredit Group, Managing Director and Head of the Internal Rating Unit at Capitalia Banking Group, and General Manager of the Italian Association of Banking and Finance (ASSONEBB). Dr. Zazzara also served as a financial economist at the Fondo Interbancario di Tutela dei Depositi, where he was the Head of the Research Department.

Dr. Zazzara received a BSc in Economics & Business and a MSc in Banking from the University La Sapienza of Rome, and a PhD in Management (Finance) from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne (EPFL).
