Settings allow you to adjust your view of the platform to fit your specific needs. Begin by clicking your name at the top right corner of your screen. From here, head to 'User Settings'.
Once you click User Settings, you have the option to change your email, password, company name, contact information, and more under the 'My Profile' tab. Be sure to click 'Submit' to save your preferences.
Switch over to the 'Email Preferences' tab to determine which alerts you'd like to receive.
To create new alerts or update existing 'Email Alerts', switch over to the 'Email Preferences' tab and click 'Learn More'.
You can easily customize your Panjiva experience by saving Supplier and Buyer company profiles. Begin by finding a company profile of your choice using the type-ahead search bar at the top of the page. Once you find the desired company and make your way to the profile page, click on 'Save Profile' in the top right-hand corner of the page. You can add saved profiles to customized lists or use the available lists Panjiva has provided.
To access the profile again, you can do so either from your Dashboard or by going to Favorites, located under the myPanjiva drop down menu. Favoriting a Buyer or Supplier will also automatically generate weekly alerts for this company.
In addition to saving specific companies, you can save a search for a list of Buyers or Suppliers by clicking 'Save Search' once you've adjusted your criteria.
Finally, you can save specific shipment searches that you run in the 'Shipments' tab. Click the 'Save Search' button from the search results page, which appears on the upper right hand side of the page. All of your refinements will be saved as part of your saved search.
To access the search again, you can do so either from your Dashboard or by clicking Favorites, located under the myPanjiva drop down menu.
