Left-Hand Navigation Bar
The navigation bar allows you to click through different pages on a company profile. All of the data S&P Cap IQ Pro has about a company will be in one of these pages. Each section on the navigation bar can be expanded to show the various pages included. You can also pin your most used pages at the top of the navigation bar.
Some of the most used sections within a company profile are:
- Financials
- Provides templated financials for public companies, so you can compare financials between companies accurately. We also provide regulatory financials for companies in the banking, insurance, and energy industries.
- Estimates
- Provides forward-looking, sell-side broker estimates, which we collect and compile into consensus estimates.
- News Events and Filings
- Filings and Reports provides public filings from the SEC, industry-specific regulatory filings, transcripts, etc.
- Events Calendar allows you to see any past or upcoming events like conferences, earnings releases/calls, investor presentations, etc.
- Key developments page tracks any market moving events for the company.
- Transactions
- Tracks mergers and acquisitions, offerings, private placements, shelf registrations, and buybacks.
- Corporate Issuance
- Details debt and equity securities, credit ratings, and credit default swaps.
Report Builder
The report builder is an easy way to customize the company profile. You can pick and choose which pages are most important for you, and include them in a report for one or multiple companies. This is especially useful if you need periodic updates on certain companies, for example to update quarterly financials.
